With its diverse cultural ethnicities, India hosts a varied food culture with numerous staples and spices used in each recipe. The refined preparation of each dish is so intricately linked to the locality it originates from and the local ingredients used, and hence the difference in the tastes of delicacies served, even though most of the restaurants here are tagged Indian!

We are proud to present our signature dish, the world renowned Indian royal dish “The Dum Biryani” to all our American foodies who like to explore their taste territories with different world cuisines.
As most Indians, we were brought up with having the pleasure of devouring many delicacies from all over India, made more fulfilling because of the aromatic fragrances and the richness of the Indian spices! When we moved to the welcoming and friendly America, we didn’t know we would be ending up turning our passion for food into a place where many would be enjoying the tastes of India through us. Though we loved experiencing the amazing American foods, we missed having Indian recipes that we grew up eating. But we were too engrossed with the routines of our lives, to cook most of the days, except occasionally having over friends and distant relatives for weekend dinners, where we made sure to cook authentic Indian foods. Whatever we served them with, our guests (even our native American friends) enjoyed and asked for more and the dishes we made with passion, were gaining more and more love from everyone. That’s when someone just joked about it that we should start a food service place. The seed was sown, and hence grew the place of our dreams – Persis Indian Grill.
That was just the beginning of our story, and we are filling the pages of our memories with the times we spend with our customers. We do maintain the authenticity of the dishes we serve for those who like to cherish the same tastes over and over again, but we are also honing our culinary curiosities by blending the recipes from all over the world with our Indian recipes to create new dishes with the added tadka of the Indian spices, for all those who love to experiment with their taste palettes.
